Dealer Approved Servicing

At MSL Performance we offer dealer authorised servicing for all Mercedes and BMW vehicles, that means coming to us for your service is the equivalent of going to the dealer without the hefty price tag.
We use official dealer approved parts and fluids for your service and with access to both the Daimler digital service book and the BMW AOS system, you can be sure that your service history will be fully maintained and kept up to date
If you come for a service on your Mercedes or BMW vehicle at MSL Performance then you can be assured that your dealer service history will be kept intact, with access to both the Daimler portal and the AOS system we can directly update any service performed immediatley upon conclusion of that service.
At MSL we can perform I Drive updates on your BMW so when a service is performed it will be updated to and appear on your I Drive records, this fuction is useful for keeping a digital record of all servicing performed through out the vehicles history.
We offer both dealer approved servicing and aftermarket servicing, whilst aftermarket servicing is certainly cheaper the parts involved often do not meet the dealers strict quality requirements and as such do not qualify as a dealer approved service.
If you send us your mileage and registration we would be happy to check what is due on your vehicle, alternatively if you own a Mercedes vehicle you can check yourself using the handy www.mymercedesservice.co.uk checker.

Preventative Maintenance

The best way to minimize breakdowns is doing routine maintenance

One of the simplest, most effective and inexpensive ways to help protect the life of your car, especially its engine, is to change the oil and the oil filter regularly.

Oil is the lifeblood of your engine. It reduces friction, lessens wear, provides lubrication, forms a seal between the pistons, rings and cylinder walls while helping to cool engine parts. Without the cleaning action of new oil, carbon and varnish buildup would be toxic to the engine. And engine oil even dampens the shock and noise of moving parts.

With a Car Repair Service oil change, or any other service, you’ll receive a Touch® Courtesy Check. We’ll look inside, outside, under the hood and underneath the car, then explain the findings and give you a written report.

While you’re there, let us perform a Touch® Courtesy Check, which includes a visual check of the following items:

  • Engine air filter
  • Brake fluid
  • Power steering fluid
  • Automatic transmission fluid
  • Coolant/antifreeze
  • We’ll also walk you through your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations for replacing these vital fluids and filters.
